Previous incidents

All services received a Cloudflare security challenge for approximately 1 minute which resolved itself shortly after. No users were affected by this blip and services remained operational.

For a few minutes, the database was overloaded processing a large library task in the background. We have scaled down the workload to lighten the load on the database and recover app service. All services are restored and we are actively monitoring the recovery.
